0637, Tue, 061714. Rocklin, CA.

I worked on the area where the oven goes. There was some electrical stuff to finish up; cut in a new box in the side of the cabinet and wire the switches. I was busy with this project when Michelle and the kids showed up on bikes. They didn't look worn out at all, in fact everyone looked pretty jazzed. Sue's project de jour was a cooking project with "healthy" brownies and cookies. Max was right there helping out while Karissa was waiting till the end to jump in for her part. Our visit came to an end as they took to their bikes once again and we saw them off.
I finished up the electrical and worked on a slab of wood for testing purposes to see if I can fill the cracks. This time I am going to try the polyurethane with sawdust…..more later..
