0717, Wed, 030415. Rocklin, CA.

Well, we went and did it. We took a trip up to Truckee to look at a Sprinter and brought it home. Other than a little schooch down the driver's side and a bit of a leaky window, everything seems to work well. It was a gorgeous day to be up in the mountains with the first signs of snow at Baxter and a sprinkle of powder at the 5,000 foot level. There isn't much at the top but it had just snowed the day before so everything was white and the sun was out. After running to the bank and handing over the money we headed into Truckee for lunch finding a great little place that had been there forever, one of those places with moose heads on the walls and signs everywhere. Just about everything under the sun. We enjoyed a great burger then headed down the hill....more later..
