0746, Tue, 030315. Rocklin, CA.

I made a layout for my posts for the new arbor going in on the south side of the house. There were two spots where the posts would be in the sidewalk so I had to do a little removal of concrete. The cuts went well with a diamond blade in my Skil Saw and removal with the spud bar. With Bloom's post hole digger in hand I got the four holes dug.
Karissa came over for a visit and did a lot of swinging on the swing. Max and Michelle showed up later with Max climbing all over the back hill, the trees and anything else he could climb. Sue had them making "Thing 2 and Thing 3" outfits. These are Suess characters and today is Seuss's birthday. They used blue paper cut into strips leaving one edge intact then wrapped it around their head for crazy hair and a paper plate with Thing 2 or 3, depending on which thing the kids wanted to be, on their chest. The blue hair was quite crazy as Max finally had Sue cut bangs on the front so he could see.....more later..
