0712, Sun, 032215. Munjack Cay, Bahamas.
Just another beautiful day in paradise. A nice little breeze is filtering in through the trees keeping the no see ums grounded for the time being. We are down from our record numbers of a couple of dozen or more cruisers in the anchorage but still a sizable considerable number of boats.
The project is making headway but now we need to make a trip into town for more thin set. Green Turtle doesn't have any so it means we have to make the trip clear into Marsh Harbor. We did get the kitchen done all except the splash around the back edge, the front edging being the most tedious making little supports to hold the tiles in place while they set up. Some of our supports would have made Rube Goldberg take a second look with support from chair backs holding a stick of wood and little scraps of various thicknesses bringing it all up to a height to use playing cards as the final shim. Hey, it works.
No wind yesterday making it a little hot so we all hopped into the dink and headed out for a cool ride around the anchorage. We stopped by Gigi and Lulu's to see all the fish and spotted a Tiger Shark, several barracuda, and some mackerels. Like watching National Geographic. ....more later..
